摘要
人工影响天气是减轻自然灾害,合理开发和利用空中水资源的重要手段。基于此,介绍了人工影响天气的新型作业和实施手段,地面碘化银催化装置的原理及电气控制原理,对系统设备维护、升级及相同类型的技术开发有借鉴的作用。
It is the important means of infecting artificially the weather for reducing natural disasters, rationally exploiting and utilizing the water resources in the air. The paper introduces the principle of ground silver iodide catalyst device and the principle of electrical control. It is useful for equipment maintenance, upgrade of the system and as the reference for the technology development of same type equipment.
