摘要
高效液相色谱具有高效、高分辨率、高灵敏度的特点,在提高饲料的检测速度和分析准确度方面有着不可或缺的优势,因此被广泛应用于饲料检测分析。本文主要综述了高效液相色谱技术的分析原理、特点及其在饲料分析中的应用研究进展。
Due to the advantage of high efficiency, resolution and sensitivity, the high performance liquid chromatogra phy（HPLC）method was used for the feed analysis and showed its incomparable advantage in the aspects of detecting speed and accuracy.In this paper,the advantage of HPLC technique and its application in animal feed analysis were summarized.
