摘要 为了便于操作人员掌握自动立体仓库的全部运行信息,设计并实现了远程监控系统。以RSView32组态软件为主要支撑平台,使用其强大的绘图工具和丰富的图形图库以及先进的OPC、ODBC接口技术,设计完成了自动立体仓库监控系统的安全登录、运行主界面、实时趋势图、报警提示以及数据记录等功能。该系统操作简单、性能可靠,具有良好的人机交互性,操作人员只需通过人机界面即可监控到立体仓库的全部过程和运行状态。 In order to facilitate the operator to master the running information of auto stereoscopic warehouse, a remote monitoring system is designed and implemented. RSView32 configuration software is used as the main support platform. By using its powerful drawing tools, rich gallery of graphics and advanced interface technology of OPC and ODBC, the functions of auto stereoscopic warehouse monitoring system, such as the secure login, main running interface, real-time trend graphs, alarm and data recording, are designed. The system is easy to operate, and has reliable performance and a good human-computer interaction. The operator can monitor the en tire process and operational status of the three-dimensional warehouse only through man-machine interface.
