摘要
目的结合本地实际情况加强成分献血宣传,探索一条适合本市且卓有成效的单采献血者招募策略,确保本地区单采血小板的临床供应。方法用唐山SHINOW9.0现代血站管理信息系统中统计模块收集2012年1月1日-2012年12月31日在本中心无偿捐献单采血小板的6171名献血者的资料,用SPSS13.0软件包处理做描述性统计分析。结果单采血小板献血人群以男性居多,占70.88%,年龄以18—35岁年龄段为主,超过总人数的63%;单采血小板献血者捐献频率为2.14,单次捐献双份率为37.96%,献血者保留率为62.24%;血型分布特征为B〉0〉A〉AB;全年捐献1次单采血小板的献血者占63.15%,捐献3次以上的占22.100k;职业以学生、工人、农民、职员及自由职业者为主。结论科学划分目标人群,设计单采血小板献血者针对性招募策略,做到开发与保留献血者两手都要硬,并做好献血后服务工作,是保障满足临床用单采血小板的关键。
Objective To explore the recruitment strategy for blood component donation to meet the clinical require- ments of apheresis platelets. Methods 6 171 apheresis platelet donors from January lst,2012 to December 31th,2012 in Hebei blood center by Tangshan SHINOW9.0 software. SPSS13.0 was used to do statistical analysis. Results Males in apheresis platelet donors gained 70.88% in total. More than 63% donors were 18 to 35 years old. The donation frequency was 2.14. Double unit donation rate for each donation time was 37.96%. The retention rate was 62.24%. The distribution of Blood type was B 〉 0 〉 A 〉 AB. Annual 1 time donation accounted for 63.15% among donors, and more than 3 donation times accounted for 22.10%. Most donors were student, workman, peasant, office worker and freelancer. Conclusion It would be helpful to set recruitment strategies by partitioning target donors. Improving the strategies of retention and service is the key to ensure the supply of the apheresis platelets.
