摘要
目的观察加味星蒌承气汤保留灌肠治疗急性缺血性卒中闭证的疗效。方法按随机数字表法随机将脑梗死患者76例分为治疗组和对照组各38例。两组患者均采用常规的西医治疗手段,治疗组加用加味星蒌承气汤保留灌肠。比较分析两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后意识状态和实验室超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、血沉(ESR)的变化。结果与对照组患者相比,治疗组患者基本痊愈率和总有效率明显提高(P<0.05);与治疗组患者治疗后GCS评分明显升高,NIHSS评分显著降低,hs-CRP、NSE与BNP水平明显降低(P<0.05);同时,患者在治疗过程中肺部感染、高热、应激性溃疡以及癫痫等并发症的发生情况均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论加味星蒌承气汤保留灌肠配合西药可以改善急性缺血性卒中闭证患者的临床症状,缩短意识障碍恢复时间,改善患者的神经功能缺损程度,减少并发症。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of retention enema with Jiaweixinglouchengqi Decoction on acute ischemic stroke sthenia.Methods：76 cases of acute ischemic stroke sthenia were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 38 cases in each.2 groups were treated with corresponding western medicine treatments.Patients in the treatment group were added to Jiaweixinglouchengqi Decoction for retention enema.The state of consciousness,high sensitivity CRP,neuron specific enolase（NSE）,erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR）,and complication of the two groups were analyzed.Results：Compared with the control group,the treatment group the cure rate and total effective rate was significantly higher,reaching 26.31％ and 86.84％ respectively,and no change and degradation rate decreased,only 10.52％ and 2.93％.The score of GCS was increased.The score of NIHSS was decreased.hs-CRP,NSE and BNP levels were significantly reduce and the differences were statistically significant （P＜ 0.05） and the complications were decreased （P＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：Jiaweixinglouchengqi Decoction retention enema can improve clinical symptoms of patients with acute ischemic stroke sthenia,reduce the time of conscious disturbance,improve the neurological function and reduce complications.
