摘要
目的探究张仲景肝系疾病的用药规律,以期更好地指导中医临床。方法将张仲景《伤寒杂病论》中的条文,按照肝系统所涉及到的疾病依次归类,统计肝系用药的功效、四气、五味、归经、前15味药物。结果功效用药依次为补虚药、解表药、清热药、利水渗湿药、泻下药、温里药、化痰止咳平喘药、活血化瘀药、理气药等;四气用药依次为温、寒、平、热、凉;五味用药依次为甘、辛、苦、咸、酸;归经用药依次为心经、肺经、脾经、肝经、肾经;前15味药物依次为甘草、生姜、桂枝、大枣、白术、芍药、大黄、附子、半夏、茯苓、干姜、人参、黄芩、柴胡、当归。结论张仲景用药灵活严谨,就肝系用药规律概括为"虚实同医,着眼整体,体用同治,调理脾胃,寒温并用,祛除湿邪,邪滞胆腑,主以通泄,温药治肝,值得重视"。
Objective：To study the rule of medication,which functions in series diseases of liver that founded by Zhang Zhongjing,is expected to conduct the clinic of traditional Chinese medicine better.Methods：To classify the diseases of liver meridian based on the content in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases,These were collected such as the efficacy of using medicines included liver meridian,four properties,five tastes,meridian tropism and top fifteen kinds of drugs.Results：The order of efficacy of taking drugs were tonic drugs,diaphoretic drugs,antipyretics drugs,water and dampness-eliminating drugs,diarrhea drugs,interior-warming drugs,expectorant cough suppressant and anti-asthmatic drugs,invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis drugs,qi-regulating drugs and so on.In turn of four properties：warm,cold,neutral,and hot.The order of five tastes were sweet,acrid,bitter,salty and sour.In turn of meridian tropism were heart meridian,lung meridian,spleen meridian,liver meridian and kidney meridian.The top fifteen kinds of drugs were Licorice,Fresh Ginger,Cinnamon Twig,Ziziphi Fruit,Atractylodes Alba,Peony,Rhubarb,Aconite,Pinellia,Poria,Dried Ginger,Ginseng,Scutellaria,Bupleurum and Angelica Sinensis.Conclusion：Zhang Zhongjing is perfect in taking medicines.The rule of Medication is reinforcing deficiency and eliminating evil,seeing all factors as a whole,opsonizing and supplementing liver,using warm and cold drugs at the same time,accumulating evil in the liver and gallbladder,focusing on removing impediment and making diarrhea,taking warm drugs to cure the diseases of liver meridian.
