额尔敦-乌日勒对大脑中动脉阻塞/再灌注损伤大鼠的治疗作用研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的研究额尔敦-乌日勒对大脑中动脉/再灌注损伤大鼠的治疗作用。方法采用改良Zea-Longa法,造MCAO/R模型,将造模成功的动物随机分4组,分别为模型组、尼莫地平片组、银杏叶片组、额尔敦-乌日勒组,给予相应的药物进行治疗,第15日进行Bederson神经功能评分,行TTC染色后测定各组大鼠脑梗死率、含水率、脑指数。结果与模型组相比,各治疗组大鼠神经功能Bederson得分明显降低,神经功能明显好转(P<0.01);与假手术组相比,额日敦-乌日勒组大鼠神经功能恢复临近于正常,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。假手术组各脑片中未见苍白色组织,模型组苍白色组织较其他组明显,额尔敦-乌日勒组苍白色组织明显少于其他治疗组,而银杏叶片组与尼莫地平片组没有明显区别。模型组脑梗死率、脑含水率及脑指数仍然明显高于其他组(P<0.05),其中额尔敦-乌日勒组脑梗死率、脑含水率及脑指数较低(P<0.05),尼莫地平片组脑含水率较低(P<0.05),银杏叶片组脑指数较低(P<0.05)。结论额尔敦-乌日勒61.7 mg/100 g可明显减轻脑水肿,减少缺血再灌注脑梗死范围,减轻大鼠神经功能障碍,对局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤有较好的保护作用。 Objective:To study the effect of Eerdun-Wurile on rats with middle cerebral artery occlusion/reperfusion injury.Methods:Rats MCAO/R models were established by modified Zea-Longa line plug method.Model rats were randomly divided into model group,Nimodipine tablet group,ginkgo leaf tablet group and EerdunWurile group.Bederson score,cerebral infarction rate,moisture content and cerebral index were detected and compared among these groups.Results:Compared with model group,Bederson scores in other groups were decreased obviously (P< 0.01).There was no statistical difference about Bederson scores between sham-operation group and Eerdun-Wurile group (P> 0.05).Meanwhile,there was no pale tissue in sham-operation group.The pale tissue of model group was most obvious.However,pale tissue was lower in Eerdun-Wurile group than that in other groups.There was no remarkable difference about the pale tissue between ginkgo leaf tablet group and Nimodipine tablet group.Cerebral infarction rate,moisture content rate and cerebral index were the highest in model group (P< 0.05).However,above indicators in Eerdun-Wurile group were the lowest(P< 0.05).Moisture content rate in Nimodipine tablet group and cerebral index in ginkgo leaf tablet group were lower than those in other groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Eerdun-Wurile protects rats with middle cerebral artery occlusion/reperfusion injury because the 61.7 mg/100 g Eerdun-Wurile can obviously reduce brain edema,remarkably decrease cerebral infarct size,and alleviate neurological deficits.
