摘要
为更好地研究藏族传统体育的发展,从《格萨尔》史诗入手,运用理论阐述和案例分析相结合,分析了藏族传统体育的生成背景,缘于恶劣的生存环境、原始藏族部落之间的战争、头领的产生方式以及原始藏族的作战训练方式等,并从《格萨尔》分析射箭、赛跑、赛马等具体体育项目,对研究藏族传统体育文化的起源、发展等问题具有重大的参考价值。
