摘要
本文从电源的小型化出发 ,简要介绍几种半导体器件和电路的具体应用情况及其发展趋势 ,其中包括功率晶体管、低耐压MOSFET。
This paper briefly describes the practical application and developmental trend of several semiconductor devices and circuits including power transistors,low voltage proof MOSFET,CMOS switching voltage regulators and single chip power supplies,from the point of view of power miniaturization.
