摘要
民族地区的法治建设一直以来备受关注,但由于种种原因目前较为落后。本文通过对民族地区法治建设的法治落后现状进行分析其现状成因,分析其存在的困境,在此基础之上探寻民族地区法治建设的路径和思路上提出几点建议,以此期待能够为我国民族地区法治建设增加一分力量。
The rule of law in minority areas has been concerned, however, due to various reasons currently is under-developed. Based on the under-developed status of the rule of law in minority areas to analyze the status causes, analysis its existence difficulties, and have some suggestions on exploring the path and the ideas for the rule of law, in order to add my force the rule of law in minority areas.
