摘要
通过小白菜盆栽试验、甜瓜种子平皿促发芽试验和马铃薯田间促生试验从供试7株芽孢杆菌中筛选出2株具有稳定和高效促生作用的芽孢杆菌B04和B06。菌株B04的促生作用较强，生长30d和60d的小白菜总干质量比对照分别增加27．3％和44．3％；甜瓜种子发芽率比对照提高7．41％～93．3％；马铃薯地上干质量和根干质量比对照分别提高19．0％和53．8％。菌株B06的促生作用次之，生长60d小白菜苗干质量比对照增加24．5％；甜瓜胚轴和胚根分别提高15．6％～59．9％和4．9％～26．8％；马铃薯株高和产量提高21．4％和15．3％。通过形态学鉴定、生理生化鉴定和16SrDNA序列分析，B04被鉴定为Bacillustequilen—sis，B06被鉴定为解淀粉芽孢杆菌。
Two bacillus strains B04 and B06 with the characteristics of promoting plant growth steadi- ly and efficiently were found from 7 candidate strains, the methods of pakchoi potted test, melon seeds petri dish promoted germination test and field potato promoted test were used. B04 was more ef- ficient in promoting plant growth than other strains, and compared to the control, the total dry masss of plant were increased by 27.3% and 44.3% at the days of 30 and 60 respectively, and germination rate of melon seeds was increased by 7.41 %-93.3 %, and shoot dry mass and root dry mass of potato were increased by 19.0% and 53.8% respectively. B06 took second place in promoting plant growth, the shoot dry masss of plant were increased by 24.5% at the days of 60 compared to control treat- ment, and the hypocotyl and radical of melon seeds were increased by 15.6%-59.9% and 4.9%- 26.8%, and plant height and production of potato were increased 21.4% and 15. 3% respectively. B04 was identified as Bacillus tequilensis, and B06 was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens subsp through the methods of morphological identification, physiological and biochemical identification, and 16S rDNA sequence analysis.
