摘要
总结了电镀企业自身运行管理和政府监督管理的思路。提出电镀企业应加强自身的日常运行管理,政府部门也要加大对企业的监督力度,以促进电镀企业的节能、降耗、减污和增效,从而实现社会、环境与经济效益统一的绿色发展道路。
The thoughts of management of operation for electroplating enterprise and supervision by government were summarized. It is pointed out that not only electroplating enterprises need to strengthen their routine operation management but also government should intensify their supervision on enterprises, in order to promote the energy saving, consumption reducing, pollution decreasing, and benefit increasing of electroplating industry and to realize the green development maintaining the balance between social, environmental, and economic benefits.
