摘要
我公司采用GE水煤浆技术年产300kt合成氨与300kt甲醇,生产过程中产生了大量氮、硫超标的废水,给气化细渣处理、氨法脱硫、污水处理等装置运行造成了极大的危害,通过不断尝试和改进,找到了解决水质恶化、起泡的原因与应对措施。
A large sum of wastewater containing excessive nitrogen and sulfur is generated during the annual production in 300 kt ammonia and 300 kt methanol with GE CWS gasification process . The wastewater caused great harm to the operation of the fine gasified slag treatment unit ,ammonia desulfurization unit , and wastewater treatment unit , etc . By constant trials and improvement , reasons of water quality deterioration and blister are found , and countermeasures are proposed .
