关于移动互联网时代如何加强无线指标分析的思考 被引量：2

摘要 移动互联网为社会的发展带来了诸多机遇和挑战,用户的"行为特征"和"业务体验预期"都发生了变化,无线指标分析工作同样面临很多新的改变。分析了无线指标分析需要经历从面向语音分析向面向包交换分析的转变、从关注独立通信环节向端到端分析的转变,以及从粗粒度分析向细粒度分析的转变等。同时指出在应对"改变"的同时,也不能忽略那些"不变"的因素。总之,为用户提供稳定、高效和可靠的信息服务是应对各种改变的出发点。
