摘要
目的:探讨腹部实时B超在诊断克罗恩病及其并发症中的应用价值。方法:选择36例克罗恩病,对其进行腹部实时B超辅助检查,诊断病灶部位和性质,并对照组织标本病理结果,观察CD的B超特点以及诊断准确率。结果:克罗恩病腹部实时B超诊断具有一定特点,诊断准确率为83.3%,定位准确率为100%;并发症诊断符合率为82.1%。结论:腹部实时B超在克罗恩病诊断中具有一定指导价值,操作方便,可优先考虑,进行初步诊断。
Objective：To explore the application value of ultrasound B in the diagnosis of abdominal Crohn＆#39;s disease and its complications .Method：36 cases with Crohn＆#39;s disease were checked by ultrasound B examination to diagnose the lesion locations and properties .And by comparing with tissue pathological results , observed the B-mode ultrasonography features of Crohn＆#39;s disease and the diagnosis accuracy .Result：Ultra-sound B diagnosis in Crohn＆#39;s disease had a certain of characteristics , and the diagnostic accuracy was 83. 3%, the accuracy of localization was 100%;the diagnostic accordance rate of the complications was 82.1%. Conclusion：B-mode ultrasonography is valueable in diagnosing Crohn＆#39;s disease , and operation is conven-ient, which may give priority to make preliminary diagnosis .
