介绍了电磁辐射污染源的种类和特点 ,电磁辐射污染对人体健康的危害以及对设备或系统的干扰和影响。简述了电磁辐射环境管理法规、标准及管理现状 ,特别介绍了江苏省移动通信基站建设项目的环境管理实践。
It introduces the kinds and charactrisitcs of electromagnetic radiation pollution sources, the haszard to people and the interference to equipments or systems.It also presents the management laws, regulations, standards and management situation, and especially discusses the environment management practice of Jiangsu mobile communication base construction project. Finally, the paper provides some ideas for electromagnetic radiation environment management.
