摘要
知识经济时代,知识成为经济增长和社会发展及企业成长的关键性资源,最大限度地掌握和利用知识成为企业与机构信息化建设的核心。这样,就使以工作流为中心的办公自动化系统面临了严峻的挑战。为此,研究设计了一种基于B/S结构的以知识管理为核心的办公自动化系统,该系统可以提高办公效率和办公质量。
Along with the coming of the knowledge economy era, the knowledge has become a key resource for the economy increasing, the society development and the enterprise growth. And to maximize the mastery and use of the knowledge has more and more been the core of the informatization construction for enterprises and institutions. Therefore, the OAS （Office Automation System） concerned on the workflow is faced with severe challenges. As a result,in this paper, an OAS concerned on the knowledge management is researched and designed as to be utmost to improve the office efficiency and the office quality.
