摘要
水利工程对社会影响的评价多数还停留在定性分析阶段,即使是综合评价,其权重及其评价矩阵的确定也是用专家打分法等主观方法得来,其主观随意性大。通过对模糊综合评价法的改进,提出区间函数与给评语集赋值相结合得到评价矩阵,用数学方法计算权重,并应用于岷江一级支流杂谷脑河的水电开发项目上,得到了比较客观、符合当地实际的评价结果。
