摘要
为了进一步梳理和明确南水北调工程建设中工程变更产生的本质原因,对建设期已处理的大于500万以上的工程变更按照产生的本质原因分类,多元方差分析。分析结果表明,地形地质原因是工程变更数量和投资金额上升的主要原因,设计原因次之,施工方案、外部环境和地方需要原因等对工程变更数量和投资金额的影响不明显。在此基础上提出了相应的防范措施。本研究成果将为以后工程建设中工程变更数量和投资金额控制提供科学依据。
In this paper, engineering change over 5 million yuan which had been treated in construction period was classified according to the essential cause, and a method of multivariate analysis of variance was used to further hackle and find out the essential reason of engineering change in south-to-north water transfer engineering construction. The analysis showed that topography and geology was the main reason for the increase of engineering change quantity and investment amount the design cause took second place~ construction scheme, external environment,local demand and other reasons had no obvious effect. Prevention measures were put forward on this basis. The research achievements would provide a scientific basis for controlling engineering change quantity and investment amount in the further engineering construction.
