摘要
南水北调中线工程为线性工程,为保证工程建设顺利进行,需要在沿线征用大量临时用地。保定市根据临时用地的性质和特点,结合现场和工程建设实际,从组织、技术、经济、合同等投资控制措施方面对临时用地进行了优化调整,节约了占地数量,节省了占地投资。现将主要做法和经验简要叙述,为南水北调后续工程及配套工程建设提供借鉴。
The South-to-North Water Diversion Project for linear projects, to ensure the smooth progress of the project construction, in need of temporary land requisition along a lot. Baoding City, according to the temporary nature and characteristics, combined with the actual site and en- gineering construction, from the aspects of organization, technology, economy, contract,investment control measures of temporary land use opti- mized adjustment,saves the floor number, saves the investment. The main practices and experiences are briefly described,adjustable construction follow-up projects and supporting projects to provide reference for the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
