摘要
目的探讨检测血吸虫病结直肠癌转化生长因子-α血清浓度的临床意义。方法对2009年7月—2012年7月因慢性腹泻或伴有血便或黏液便,来我院做肠镜检查证实为血吸虫病结直肠癌的48例患者(试验组)术前、术后做血清转化生长因子-α(TGF-α)测定,并以同期因慢性腹泻做肠镜检查证实为慢性血吸虫病结直肠炎患者40例(对照组)的血清TGF-α进行对比,2组患者均采用酶联免疫吸附试验进行检测。结果血吸虫病结直肠癌患者的血清TGF-α浓度(296±99)pg/mL较血吸虫病结肠炎患者高(167±28)pg/mL(P<0.01)。结直肠癌患者的血清TGF-α浓度与肿瘤分期、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05),与肿瘤组织学分类呈正相关(P<0.05),根治术后血清TGF-α浓度较术前明显下降(P<0.05),姑息术后血清TGF-α浓度与术前浓度无差异(P>0.05)。结论结直肠癌患者血清TGF-α浓度可作为判断结直肠癌恶性程度和肿瘤是否根治的一项临床指标。
Objective To study the clinical signification of detecting serum levels of transforming Growth factor-α（TGF-α） in schistosomiasis patients with colorectal cancer. Methods Forty-eight schistosomiasis patients with colorectal cancer accompanying chronic colorectal inflammation or hematochezia or mucous stool were found by colonoscopy in our hospital from July, 2009 to July, 2012,they （as the study group） measured serum levels transforming Growth factor-α,preoperatively or postoperatively, forty schistosomiasis patients with chronic diarrhea were found by colonoscopy（as the control group） measured serum levels of TGF-αsimultaneously. Result The serum levels of TGF-α（296＆#177;99 pg/mL）in schistosomiasis patients with colorectal cancer were significantly higher than in the schistosomiasis patients with chronic colorectal inflammation （167＆#177;28 pg/mL. The serum levels of TGF-αin patients with colorectal cancer is not related to the tumor stage and the tumor size （P＆gt;0.05）, and is related to histologic grade （P＆lt;0.05）. The serum levels of TGF-αbefore surgery significantly decreased after radical surgical resection of tumors （P＆lt;0.05） and not decreased after palliative surgical resection of tumor （P＆gt;0.05）. Conclusion The serum levels of TGF-αcan act as a clinical index judging the hostologic grade and radical resection of tumors.
