摘要
目的探讨局部封闭配合小针刀治疗颈性眩晕症的临床疗效和治疗机理。方法将我院门诊收治80例颈性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例),治疗组采用局部封闭加小针刀松解治疗,对照组采用单纯局部封闭治疗,每周治疗1次,连续治疗3周后观察患者近期临床疗效,并随访1年观察患者远期临床疗效。结果治疗组近期疗效总有效率95%,对照组为85%,远期疗效治疗组为75%,对照组为45%,两组近、远期疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论局部封闭配合小针刀治疗颈性眩晕症疗效确切,近、远期疗效良好,值得临床应用。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of cervical vertigo and treatment mechanism by small needle knife for the treatment of cervical vertigo with the local anesthesia. Methods The 80 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into treatment group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases） which treatment group used local closed with small needle knife and control group adopts the local closed treatment;the treatment 1 times a week, continuous treatment of recent clinical curative effect were observed after 3 weeks, the patients were followed up for one year and long-term clinical efficacy were observed in our hospital outpatient. Results Recent curative effect in treatment group total effectiveness 95% and control group was 85% and the forward curative effect in treatment group was 75% , control group was 45% , 2 groups of nearly, long-dated curative effect difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion local closed cervical vertigo disease curative effect with small needle knife, nearly, long-dated curative effect good, worthy of clinical application.
