摘要
分别从大庆油田和新疆油田油井旁土壤中分离筛选得到2株石油污染降解主体菌株,并对他们从形态结构、16SrDNA序列分析及生理生化特征进行了初步的菌种分类鉴定.结果表明菌株DQ-1属于假单胞菌属、T6190属于迪茨氏菌属.菌株T6190可以降解脂肪族烃类,3d降解率达到40.7%;而DQ-1可以降解芳香族烃类,3d降解率达到83.07%.
Two strains of bacteria were isolated from petroleum-contaminated soil in DaQing Oil Field and XinJiang Oil Field.Their morphological,analysis of 16SrDNA and physiological characteristics were investigated and identificated.The results showed that strain DQ-1 was Pseudomonas stutzeri,and strain T6190 was Dietz natronolimnaea.Strain T6190 was able to degrade aliphatic hydrocarbon.The degradation ratio was up to 40.7% with a 3-day incubation.Strain DQ-1 was able to degrade aromatic hydrocarbons.The degradation ratio was up to 83.07% with a 3-day incubation.
