摘要
目的:研制一种满足战时和公共突发事件时危重伤员急救和转运途中安全、可控、简便以及无需提升液体高度的输液仪。方法:使用电动气泵对气囊充气加压于输液袋上产生可控的外压力,通过输液仪上的重量、气泡及滴速监测器以及声、光报警装置,将监测到的参数通过传感器输入到控制系统,按照设定的参数,安全地完成输液或报警停止输液。结果:该装置无需吊挂液体,不改变现用输液(血)用品和程序,可将输液仪放置在伤员周围及输液管长度范围内的任何位置,创造便捷、舒适,不受体位限制的输液条件;输液速度的可控范围为50-1000ml/h,并能监测输液管路中的空气、滴速及剩余量,根据设定及时报警或自动停止输液。结论:电动气压式输液仪的研制,提高了输液的安全性,节省人力,交流、直流电两用,体积小,携带方便。
