摘要
为了直观地分析线迹密度和接缝方向对接缝针织面料顶破性能指标的影响,以纯棉汗布和氨纶纬编弹性织物为研究对象,测试了这两种常用的针织面料的基本性能指标,以线迹密度和接缝方向为因子,采用二次通用旋转组合法设计了13种组合实验方案,测试针织面料在不同方案情形下面料和缝线相互匹配缝制试样后接缝处的顶破性能。利用SPSS软件,建立线迹密度和接缝方向与针织面料顶破性能指标之间的回归预测方程,并对其顶破强力和顶破时间做了分析。研究显示线迹密度及接缝方向对针织面料的顶破性具有一定的影响,该结论对实际生产具有重要的指导意义。
To analyze the influence of stitch density and seam direction on bursting property indicator of seamed knitted fabrics intuitively, with pure cotton single jersey and spandex weft elastic fabrics as research objects, this study tests basic performance indicators of these two common knitted fabrics, designs 13 combination experiment schemes with quadratic general rotary unitized method with stitch density and seam direction as factors, tests the bursting property of knitted fabrics at seam crossing under different schemes after sample preparation with matching fabrics and stitch, uses SPSS software to establish regression prediction equation between stitch density and seam direction and bursting property indicator of knitted fabrics and analyzes its bursting strength and time. Research presents that stitch density and seam direction have a certain influence on bursting property of seamed knitted fabrics, the conclusion has an important guiding principle for the practice.
