摘要
为了缩小高职物流管理专业人才培养的效果与社会需求之间的差异和距离,针对高职物流管理专业人才培养存在的主要问题,论述了基于项目法的工学结合人才培养模式的构建过程,最后介绍了基于项目法的工学结合高职物流管理专业人才培养模式的实施效果。
In order to reduce the effect of talent cultivation of higher wwational logistics management and the difierences between the social demand and the distance, aimed at the main problems of the professional talent cultivation of higher vocational logistics management speeialty, this paper discusses the melhod based on project process of the construction of the work-integrated learn- ing talent cultivation mode, and finally introduees the implementation effect based on project method of work-integrated learning of talent eultiwltion mode of higher vocational logistics management.
