摘要
针对城市配送中最为常见的道路堵塞这一干扰因素,首先对系统是否受到扰动进行判定,然后在综合考虑配送客户、车辆司机以及物流配送企业等各方利益主体扰动的基础上,建立道路堵塞情况下物流车辆实时调度的多目标干扰管理模型,并用禁忌搜索算法实现对模型的求解,来验证模型和算法的可行性和有效性。
For the interference factors of the common road congestion in urbandistribution,firstly determining whether the system is disturbed,then set up a dictionary sequence multi-target interfenence management model that in considering the interests of the distribution customesrs,vehicle drivers and logistics enterprises,and using tabu search algorithm to validate the validity of the model and algorithm.
