摘要
改革开放以来,高校非政府组织得到了迅速发展,尤其是各种类型的高校社团组织不断发展壮大,但由于种种原因,高校社团组织在管理方面还存在着政策规定不到位、管理指导不到位等问题,在一定程度上有被境外敌对势力渗透利用的危险。因此,高校学生社团组织管理是一项系统工程,应从完善政策规定、强化分类整合、规范管理指导、增强防范意识等方面入手,才能在当前社会大发展的时代背景下,努力实现高校社团工作的新发展、新突破。
Since the reform and opening up, non - government organizations in institutions of higher learning , especially the societies have experienced rapid development. However, lots of problems such as lacking of policy, regulation and management still exist in the society management and to some extent, facing the danger of being taken advantage by foreign hostile forces. Therefore, student′s societies shall perfect policy, intensifying classification and integration, standardizing management and guidance, enhancing precaution awareness in order to fulfill new development and breakthrough.
