摘要
针对一款微控器为C8051F040的烧结混合料水分仪,分析了其数据特点,结合主控器的硬件结构,给出了一套数据存储方案。该方案设计了标定系数的FLASH存储,确保掉电数据不丢失。完成了Micro SD的接口设计,大容量数据实时存储于Micro SD卡中。该方案具有实时,可靠和低成本的特点。
For a sinter mixture moisture instrument with MCU C8051F040,analysing the characteristics of data,combining hardware structure of the host control er,a data storage solution is given.To ensure that data is not lost when power is off,the scheme design the calibration coefficient of FLASH storage.The de-sign of Micro SD interface is completed,and the large volume data real-time storage in Micro SD.The scheme has the characteristics of real-time,reliable and low-cost.
