摘要
目的:临床药师参与诊治1例苯唑西林钠引起药物热病例,从药品作用特点、患者既往史、临床检验结果、用药种类及配伍、发生机制等方面进行分析。提示临床中应注意注射用苯唑西林钠引起的高热,密切观察患者体温变化,注意药物使用疗程,以提高临床诊疗水平。
The clinical pharmacist analysed one case of drug fever caused by oxacillin sodium from drug characteristics, patient history, clinical examination results, species and compatibility of drugs, the occurrence mechanism etc.That we should pay attention to the high fever caused by oxacillin sodium in clinical, and closely observe the patient body temperature changes, take notice of the course treatment when using this drug, in order to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.
