摘要
牵引电机温升特性是一个较复杂的过程,一般工程上简化分析为部件建模法,根据各部件的性能参数,间接的模拟牵引电机内温度场分布。温升过高或过低均会引起牵引电机的不正常工作,导致牵引电机使用寿命下降。系统的阐述了牵引电机温升特性,为生产实际提供一定的参考基础。
The traction motor temperature rise characteristic is a quite complex process and is simplified and analyzed into component modeling method in general engineering, which indirectly simulates temperature field distribution within traction motor based on performance parameters of each component. Too high or too low temperature rise will both lead to abnormal operation of traction motor, causing the service life of traction motor to decline, this paper has elaborated the temperature rise characteristics of traction motor comprehensively and systematically, providing certain reference basis for actual production.
