摘要
为了研究能够长期适应隧道施工条件的高效环保型工程机械,提出一种应用于液压挖掘机的双动力系统,该双动力系统有两大动力源——柴油机和电动机。分析了双动力系统的主要结构形式和特点,选取单泵并联式结构作为本文研究对象。采用单向离合器和同步带传动系统实现柴油机和电动机的动力耦合,可有效降低生产成本和维修成本。整机试验结果表明,双动力液压挖掘机的动力性能与原型机相当,使用电力驱动时,经济性与柴油机驱动相比提高30%以上,达到预期开发目标。
In order to research the high-efficiency and environmentally-friendly engineering machines that can adapt to long-term tunnd construction, a dual-power system applied in hydraulic excavator was developed in this paper, the dual-power system has two power sources-diesel engine and motor. Primary structure modes and characteristics of the dual-power system were analyzed; the parallel connection structure with single pump was selected in this paper as research object. One-way clutch and synchronous belt drive system are used to realize the power coupling of diesel engine and motor can effectively reduce the cost of production and maintenance. The experimental results show that the dynamic performances of dual-power hydraulic excavator correspond to the o the economy can improved 30% compared with the diesel drive, achieved the riginal excavator, when using electric drive desired research objects.
