摘要
以溶氧、总氮、氨态氮(NH3-N)、亚硝酸盐氮(NO2--N)、硝酸盐氮(NO3--N)、化学需氧量(COD)、叶绿素a等为主要水质指标,研究用空心菜、水芹菜和空心菜+水芹菜组成的复合生物浮床和商用微生态制剂对养殖水质的富营养化的净化作用。结果表明,在相同监测时间下,按照空心菜+水芹菜组、空心菜组、水芹菜组和微生态制剂组的顺序,总氮、NH3-N、NO2--N、NO3--N、COD、叶绿素a等指标呈逐渐降低的趋势,在试验20d时,空心菜+水芹菜复合生物浮床对氨氮的去除率达到87.40%,对总氮的去除率达到76.53%,对叶绿素a的去除率达到63.07%;与对照组相比,试验组中浮游植物的硅藻、隐藻的种类和比例增加,蓝藻比例降低,浮游植物群落组成由绿藻-蓝藻型转向绿藻-硅藻型;空心菜+水芹菜组的中华鳖存活率和增重率分别提高6.9%和58.4%。这说明生物浮床,特别是复合生物浮床,能净化中华鳖养殖水质,进而促进鳖类生长。
Effect of water spinach, oenanthe stotonifera, (all of which grew in floating bed) and Micro- ecologies on water quality of Pelodiseus sinensis cultivation, which considered dissolved oxygen, total nitrogen,ammoniaeal nitrogen( NH3 -- N) , nitrate nitrogen(NO2 -- N) , nitrate nitrogen(NO3 --N), COD,chlorophyll a and so on as the main water quality index. The result demonstrated that total ni- trogen,ammoniacal nitrogen(NH3 -- N) , nitrate nitrogen(NO2 -- N) , nitrate nitrogen(N()3 --N), COD,chlorophyll a and so on gradually decreased in sequence of group water spinach +oenanthe stolonifera, group water spinach , group oenanthe stolonifera and group Microecologics , while dis solved oxygen gradually increased in sequence of group Mieroecologics ,group oenanthe stolonifera, group water spinach and group water spinach +oenanthe stolonifera; Compared with control group, in the experimental group, the variety and proportion of diatom and Cryptomonas in phytoplankton in- creased ,however, the proportion of blue-green algae reduced; The composition of phytoplankton turned to Type green alga--diatom from Type green alga-blue-green algae; In zooplankter, the number of wheel animaleule rised; Experimental group could obviously increase the quantity of plank ton, accelerate biological cycle, effectively lower the harmful bacteria in water body and increase bene ficial flora; Various kinds of physicochemical factors and beneficial flora continuously turned to bene ficial aspects during the test; The livability and rateofbodyweightgain of Pelodiseus sinensis in group water spinach+oenanthe stolonifera respectively increased 6.9 % and 58.4 %0 ;The result showed that using floating bed to cultivate aquatic vegetable could promote the circulation of materials in body of water and strengthen the self-purification of water body.
