摘要 在空分行业现状基础上,通过深度冷冻法,对大型空分设备能耗进行分析。介绍了能源供应、工艺节能所采取的措施、设备节能所采取的措施以及建设项目节能方案具体方法。通过对设备电耗、新水消耗、蒸汽消耗的计算,得出电耗占所有能源消耗的99%以上。结合《大中型空气分离设备》中相关标准,计算单位产品电耗低于标准值。分析结果表明,大型空分生产过程中能效指标满足行业准入的条件,项目的能耗水平符合节能要求。从能源利用和节能角度考虑能耗,在同行业中具有指导意义。 Based on the current situation of the air separation industry,through the depth of freezing method,a large air separation equipment energy consumption is analysised. The energy supply,energy saving measures,the specific method for energy saving of construction project are introduced. Through the calculation of power consumption, water consumption,steam consumption,the power consumption accounted for 99% of all energy consumed more than. Combined with the'large and medium scale air separation equipment'JB / T8693 the 6. 2. 8 standard,the calculation of unit product energy consumption is lower than the standard value. The analysis shows that the efficiency index,large air separation production process to meet the industry access conditions,the energy level of the project meets the requirements for energy saving. Considering the energy consumption from the angle of energy utilization and energy saving has the reference significance in the same industry.
