摘要
酚类是一种原生质的高毒物质,严重危害人类的健康与生存。含酚废水来源广泛、水质复杂、总量较大,因此必须对含酚废水进行有效处理。微生物以其高效、快速、无二次污染等优点成为降解酚类污染物的首选对象。对微生物降解酚类的生理生化机制和关键酶,高效降酚菌株的分离筛选、降解特性以及利用细胞固定化技术、构建高效基因工程菌等技术手段处理酚类污染物的研究等方面进行综述。
Phenols is a protoplasm of highly toxic substances, seriously harms human health and survival. As wide variety of sources, complex water quality, a large amount of phenolic wastewater, so it is necessary to deal effectively with phenolic wastewater. Microorganism with its efficient, rapid, no secondary pollution has become the preferred methed for degradation of phenolic pollutants. It was summarized the microbial degradation of phenol in the physiological and biochemical mechanism and key enzymes, high efficient phenol-degrading strain screening, degradation characteristics, constructed by the immobilized cell technology and efficient gene engineering bacteria technique for treatment of phenolic pollutants research in this paper.
