随着企业上网工程的实施 ,企业商标被抢注为域名的纠纷日渐增多。本文论述了电子商务时代域名对企业的作用及影响 ,并从企业的自我保护。
It describe the domevin name affect to enterprise and indicate the countermeasures to protect domain name from law.
