摘要
车辆装备保障标准是车辆装备保障标准化建设的核心,其质量直接影响标准化的建设效益。界定车辆装备保障标准、标准质量的基本概念,分析现阶段车辆装备保障标准存在的主要问题,在此基础上,基于标准全寿命周期分析,设计车辆装备保障标准的立项控制、内容审查和信息反馈等3种标准质量控制机制。
Vehicle equipment support standards are the core of the vehicle equipment support standardization, their quality have directly impact on the performance of the standardized construction. Two concepts are presented, and the main questions existing in the vehicle equipment support are summarized. In the end, based on the analysis of standards lift cycle, three control mechanisms, including project registered control, content examination and information feedback, to vehicle e- quipment standards＇ quality are designed in the paper.
