摘要
本文站在世纪之交的 2 0 0 0年 ,通过情报检索系统历史的回顾 ,描述了情报检索的发展历程。从手工情报检索、机械情报检索、计算机情报检索到网络情报检索系统四个阶段 ,阐述了各个时期情报检索语言、情报检索技术和情报检索数据库的发展状况 ,说明计算机等新型信息技术的使用是促进情报检索现代化的基本动力 。
Locating on year 2000,the moment of centurial cross,through retrospecting evolution of information retrieval system(IRS),the paper describes development of information retrieval(IR).From reviewing the four phases of IRS,it expound the development status of information retrieval language,technology and database.The facts that computer and other advanced information technology is the basic impetus of the modernization of IR and Internet-based network information retrieval system will be the hotspot in the future are also presented.
