文章讨论了电子期刊的传递服务方式对传统期刊管理过程的影响 ,分析了电子期刊的发展趋势及采购时应注意的问题 。
This essay discurses the influnce of the service transfer of electronic periodical on traditional periodical managemental process,analyses the developmental tendency of Electronic peridical and the matters needing attention when purchasing.In the meantime,the essay points out that the current managemental models of periodical remain to be changed.
