单侧穿刺PKP治疗骨质疏松椎体新鲜和陈旧性骨折疗效比较被引量：1

摘要经皮椎体后凸成形术（percutaneous kyphoplasty， PKP）治疗疼痛性骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折（osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures，OVCF）在即刻止痛，纠正后凸畸形，减少骨水泥渗漏等方面的疗效得到肯定[1-2]。但对于OVCF的患者选择在骨折新鲜期还是陈旧期手术，目前尚无统一标准。回顾分析本院2007年12月-2011年12月收治的142例骨质疏松性椎体新鲜或陈旧性压缩骨折患者临床资料，通过单侧穿刺PKP治疗，比较其疗效，现报道如下。
