摘要
回顾性分析解放军总医院异基因外周血造血干细胞移植术后并发血性心包积液2例及护理。2例患者均行超声下心包穿刺留置导管间断引流治疗后,经过护士精心的护理,穿刺处无红肿、渗血、堵管,拔除导管后无并发症发生。经过对2例血性心包积液患者的护理过程回顾,总结出临床上对患者病情的观察、护理和交接班内容在整体护理中的必要性。
Nursing care measures of 2 patients with bloody pericardial effusion after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation are analyzed retrospectively.After pericardiocentesis and drainage by catheter,none of two patients suffered from puncture swelling,bleeding and blocking under intensive care,and no complications occurred after removal of catheters.After nursing process review of 2 patients with bloody pericardial effusion,this article summarizes that observation of patient＇s condition,nursing care and detailed shift are very necessary in bloody pericardial effusion patients.
