摘要
目前我国高校青年教师存在着知识结构和实践经验不足、家庭和事业压力较重、尚未做好身份转变的充分准备等问题。高校工会应为他们的培养做出自觉努力,在师德师风建设、提高业务素质与技能、丰富文化生活、增强主人翁意识、促进其成长等方面,充分发挥好自己的作用。
Nowadays there are some problems on the young teachers in the universities of our nation such as knowledge structure, lack of experience, high stress for family and work, and incomplete identity transforma- tion. We should strive to cultivate them through the trade union in the university. We should improve them in the aspects of teaching morality, professional level, technological level, cultural lives, and master conscious- ness. And let the trade union perform its own function well.
