赤泥对生态混凝土的磷净化效果改善研究 被引量:6

摘要 为提高生态混凝土对水体的磷净化效果,基于赤泥的物理化学性能,尝试在胶凝材料中添加赤泥。并按不同的添加量拌制生态混凝土,研究赤泥对生态混凝土磷净化效果的影响。结果表明:赤泥与硅酸盐水泥的化学组成类似,赤泥中Ca、Si、Al含量较少,而Fe含量较多。赤泥的理论最大磷吸附容量为36.76 mg/g,大于水泥的16.16 mg/g。赤泥在胶凝材料中添加,拌制的生态混凝土磷净化效果得到不同程度的提高,当赤泥添加质量比为10%时,效果最优。随着处理时间的延长,生态混凝土磷净化效果下降,但赤泥对生态混凝土的磷净化效果改善作用依然存在。本研究可为生态混凝土在水质净化领域的应用以及赤泥资源化利用提供参考。 In order to improve the phosphorus (P) removal ability of eco-concrete, red mud was added in making the eco-concrete with different amount.And,the effect of eco-concrete was tested in removing phosphorus from sewage.Results showed the red mud had the similar chemical properties with cement,while containing more Fe and less Ca, Si ,AI.The maximum P adsorption capacity of red mud was 36.76 mg/g,much higher than the 16.16 mg/g of cement.When the red mud was added in the cementitious material,the phosphorus removal ability ofeco-concrete increased in different degree.The highest removal ability of eco-concrete was tested when the amount of red mud added was 10% of the total cementitious material.The P removal ability of eco-concrete decreased with time passing by.But still, the eco-concrete added with red mud got the higher P removal ability.This study can provide reference to the applications of eco-concrete in water treatment and reusing of red mud.
