摘要
将建筑垃圾中分拣出的废混凝土和废砖破碎为再生粗砂,部分取代特细砂配成建筑垃圾再生混合砂,固定稠度和胶砂比,通过对比试验研究了废混凝土再生混合砂、废砖再生混合砂、废混凝土和废砖再生混合砂、特细砂和天然中砂对砂浆抗压强度和抗折强度的影响规律,并进行了机理分析和应用可行性判断。
Waste concrete and waste brick coming from construction waste are crushed as recycled construction waste coarse sand.And recycled construction waste mixed sand is made by recycled construction waste coarse sand and ultra fine sand.Fixed consistence and cement-aggregate ratio, contrast study is made on the influence of different aggregate on compressive strength and flexural strength of mortar,which is respectively made from recycled concrete mixed sand,recycled brick mixed sand,recycled concrete and brick mixed sand, ultra fine sand, natural medium sand.Then mechanism analysis and application feasibility is conducted.
