摘要
采用十字交叉法测定4株虫生真菌代谢产物对小麦纹枯病菌(Ceratobasidium cornigerum)、小麦赤霉病菌(Fusarium graminearum)、葡萄炭疽病菌(Glomerella cingulata)、梨黑斑病菌(Alternaria kikuchiana)、柑橘绿霉菌(Penicillium digitatum)的抑菌作用。结果表明,4株虫生真菌代谢产物对5种植物真菌性病害菌落生长均有一定的抑制作用,其中以卵胞白僵菌(Beauveria brongniartii)菌株BE-1对5种供试植物病原真菌菌落生长的平均抑制率最高。表明利用虫生真菌代谢产物对开发抗植物病原菌活性物质具有较大的开发潜力,值得进一步深入研究。
The inhibitory effects of four entomogenous fungal metabolites against Ceratobasidium cornigerum, Fusarium graminearum, Glomerella cingulata, Alternaria kikuchiana and Penicillium digitatum were studied. The results showed that four strains had a certain inhibition against five kinds of fungal diseases of plant, among them the Beauveria brongniartii strains BE-1 had the highest inhibition rate on five kinds of plant pathogenic fungi tested. It is indicated that developeding anti - plant pathogens active substances from entomogenous fungal metabolites has great potential, therefore, further researches are worthwhile.
