摘要
近年来,居民收入在国民收入分配制度中初次分配的比重呈现出逐年下降趋势。这一趋势持续下去将影响到国内消费需求的增加,经济的可持续发展,加剧收入分配间的差距。基于政治经济学视角分析收入分配制度发现,造成收入分配不合理的原因在于参与收入分配的要素存在分配比例失调、分配结构不合理、积累与消费之间关系失衡等情况,最后据此原因提出相应对策。
In recent years , the proportion of urban and rural residents income in the initial stage of distribution shows a decli -ning trend in the national income distribution system .This will affect domestic consumer demand and the sustainable economic de-velopment , at the same time it enlarge the income gap among different group of people .The paper analyzed the current income dis-tribution system, involving the imbalanced production factor income in distribution system , the irrational distribution structure , the relationship between the accumulation and the consumption .
