摘要
灌溉水有效利用系数是评价灌溉用水效率的有效指标。根据黑龙江省近几年不同灌区实际灌溉用水有效利用系数测算资料,建立GM(1,1)预测模型,预测结果与地实际情况比较吻合。
It is the efficiency index to estimate for the irrigation water efficiency with the factor of ef- fective utilization irrigation wate. Accorded to the effective utilization factor of irrigation water of dif- ferent irrigated areaes in Heilongjiang Province, recent years , established GM（ 1, 1 ） model for cal- culation, this is in well agreement with experimental results obtained lately
