摘要
综述了中国节水型社会建设提出的简要历程和含义,分析研究了这一建设提出的水资源背景,指出这一举措是保障水资源可持续利用和建设小康社会的重要途径。
This article goes through the brief history and the meaning for establishing a water - saving society. From the water resource point of view, the article explains that such initiative is an important pathway for achieving sustainable water resources as well as setting up a moderately prosperous socie- ty.
