摘要
用 Asominori/IR2 4重组自交系 (RIL )为材料 ,对控制稻米直链淀粉含量和籼粳分化度的 QTL进行了分析。检测到了 5个控制直链淀粉含量的 QTL(Am1~ Am5) ;分别位于第 1,7,8,9,12染色体上 ;贡献率分别为 16 .6 % ,13.2 % ,17.1% ,13.2 % ,14.6 % ;Am1,Am3,Am5的遗传正效应等位基因来源于 IR2 4 ,Am2 ,Am4的遗传正效应等位基因来源于 Asominori。同时检测到了 5个控制籼粳分化度的 QTL(Ij1~ Ij5) ,分别位于第 1,2 ,11染色体上 ;贡献率分别为 2 1.9% ,2 1.4 % ,13.4 % ,2 5.0 % ,14.5% ;其遗传正效应等位基因来源于 Asominori。
QTL (quantitative trait loci) affecting content of amylose and indica japonica differentiation were analyzed using a recombinant inbred (RI) lines derived from a cross of Asominori×IR24 by single marker analysis and interval mapping. Five QTLs (Am1~Am5) for content of amylose were detected and mapped on chromosome 1,7,8,9,12 in this population. Variances explained by the QTL were 16.6%,13.2%,17.1%,13.2%,14.6% respectively. It was also found that the positive allele of Am1,Am3,Am5 was from the indica parent, IR24 and Am2,Am4 was from the japonica parent,Asominori. Five QTLs (Ij1~Ij5) for content of indica japonica differentiation were detected on chromosome 1,2,11 and variances explained by Ij1~Ij5 were 21.9%,21.4%,13.4%,25.0%,14.5% respectively. The positive allele detected was from Asominori. It was showed that there was not significant correlation between content of amylose and indica japonica differentiation.
