摘要
针对南疆铁路吐库二线中天山特长隧道TBM施工过程中遇到的高温高湿环境问题,对温湿度成因及对作业人员和设备的影响进行分析,得到隧道内除湿冷负荷的计算应重点考虑电动设备的散热量,建立起湿热环境数学模型。对中天山隧道TBM施工湿负荷进行计算分析,确定掌子面附近降温除湿所需的冷负荷为1 192.3 kW,给出中天山隧道湿热环境控制方案中的热泵模式选取、设备选型等关键参数,为TBM施工湿热环境控制提供分析和计算方法。
The problem of hot and humid environment occurs during the TBM driving of Zhongtianshan extra-long tunnel on the second line of Tnrpan-Korla section of Nanjiang railway. In the paper, the causes for the hot and humid environment, as well as the influence of the high temperature and humidity on the labors and equipment, are analyzed, and it is concluded that the key factor to be considered in the determination of the dehumidification cooling load is the heat emitted by the electrical equipment. The mathematical model of hot and humid environment is established. The dehumidification load for the TBM driving of Zhongtianshan tunnel is analyzed and it is concluded that the dehumidification cooling load needed at the working face of Zhongtianshan tunnel is 1 192.3 kW. Proper cooling pump modes and equipment parameters are proposed for the control of the hot and humid environment in Zhongtianshan tunnel. The paper can provide reference for the analysis and calculation aimed for the control of the hot and humid environment in tunneling by TBM.
